im just curious how everyone came up with that magic number "the goal weight" that seems so important - we MUST get there! well currently im 138 and some have said i dont need to lose more but my goal is 130 BECAUSE at 138 my BMI is still way too high at 23. (im 5'5") not only that but its summer now and dont we all tend to gain 5 or so pounds in the winter? at 130 pounds my BMI drops to 21.8 and that sure sounds a lot better to me
so thats how i chose my goal.
