What is your biggest problem or frustration with losing fat?

The New Year is here and with that lots of New Years weight loss resolutions are popping up. I'm wondering what your biggest or frustration problem with losing weight is. For me personally, I've lost 20 pounds over the past few months and I've had to face/overcome several problems including, getting to the gym consistently, overeating at night, deciding on which workout/plan to follow...etc...etc...etc. What's keeping you from reaching your goals?
 
I have a beef with something that happened quite a bit over the last few weeks. I am personally eating something that resembles South Beach. Healthy carbs, low-glycemic, etc. Now, I maintain this diet, and have for the last few months and have been doing very well. Eating low-carb, is not easy, and my family & friends have been very supportive. Over the holidays, we ate at restaurants quite a bit. When I eat at a restaurant, I am careful to order things that I can eat. I tell my family, don't count me in, I am eating my own thing... blah blah blah. Same ol'.... then what ALWAYS happens is that my family is like..."oh, that looks good, can I scoop some of that up"... haha... of course, and then what am I left with? Eating some of the junk, fried, fatty food they order... ugh
