What is the biggest challenge you have when trying to lose weight?

I think something that can be hard is feeling like giving up after a bad day.

Maybe for whatever reason you skip your workout for the day, and maybe even indulge in some sweets/fast food etc.

Just remember that one bad day doesn't set you back much, don't beat yourself up. Just accept it, enjoy your day off then get back to it the next day.

I struggle with emotional eating. If I'm not coping well with what life throws at me then I have to be careful I don't self medicate with food.

The biggest challenge is never losing weight is boredom for the long journey, that is why I like cycling calories.

I used to do the same thing and emotional eat but then I just took my stress out at the gym and have recently started using Hydroxycut SX 7 which i bought last week so i'm trying to see if I can lose weight with these pills. Have you tried maybe a dietary supplement to help?

Melinda M. Manore, PhD, RD, CSSD, FACSM conducted a scientific review of the evidence surrounding hundreds of weight loss supplements, a $2.4 billion industry in the United States, and found that no research evidence exists that any single product results in significant weight loss – and many have detrimental health benefits. The study can be found in the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism.

I believe we must be in a peak emotional state before making serious decisions in our life about our health and other important areas.

Example:

You just arrive home from a busy day at the office, you feel exhausted as you walk in the door , kick your shoes off, switch the TV on and fall onto the couch....after 10 minutes of been mezmerized by the TV you realize it is your exercise night....In this emotional state you will most likely not make a very good decision....you could possibly stay there and order in....

Or..

You just arrive home from a busy day at the office, you feel exhausted as you walk in the door, kick your shoes off and then jump straight in the shower to freshen up and and change your emotional state by completely hydrating your body. After the shower you have a cool drink and small snack. Your are now feeling so much better. Then you realize it is your exercise night....In this positive emotional state you are more likely to make a good decision about your health and exercise tonight....

Moral of the story is to learn tools and techniques to put yourself in a peak state BEFORE you make important decisions about your health or any other areas of your life that are important to you.

I was eating salad for sometime before i taking advice from food trainer.
So it was the challenge i faced, now doing exercise at some particular time is also a kind of difficulty for me.
