What is the best Thermogenic Product? Going to buy some this evening.

Well From almost 200lbs Im down between 163-165 Im always in that range have been for about a month now. No matter how I eat and how I work out It never changes. Ive changed my diet around, my work outs around. It just wont go any lower. So I have decided to start taking some type of "Thermogenic". My question is which thermogenic product is the best? I have been thinking about Hot Rox for a while. What d you guys think?

Thermogenic in my opinion is not going to solve your problem. You need to checklist yourself.

How long has it been since you took a break?
Do you re-feed?
What is your current diet and routine in detail?
What % of deficit are you in?

first, theleip is right.

second, I'm trying out a fairly new fat loss product, so your best bet is to follow theleip's advice for now while I decide a verdict on this new stuff.

then, if you are truely ready for a thermogenic, you can make a decision.

because you apparently double clicked the post reply when you were finished, which sends two separate connections to the data base server with dupe info.

I'll delete one to neaten things up.

Oh sorry about that I didn't notice that I pressed it twice. So should I try to change thing up in my diet or routine? drink more water? less water? all I really need to do is shed about 10 more pounds and I think I would be pretty happy at 155-154, Should I start taking a thermogenic?

Diet:
8am:Yogurt and a Breakfast bar. - not enough protein. what's a breakfast bar? like NutriGrain bar? CRAP!
10:30am: Banana and a Orange. seriously...no protein at all here....just sugar carbs and a little fiber
12:30pm:Usually a Salad or Subway Sandwich or chicken Breast I try to keep this meal Under 300 Cals. I avoid all bread on a cutting diet
2:30pm:By this time I drank about a gallon of water to a gallon and a half and I am not hungry at all. that's the amount of water for the ENTIRE DAY. slow down...spread it out more
6:30pm-7:30pm: I eat Chicken Breast or Cooked Tuna w/ Veggies. Some kind of meat w/Veggies. the best meal I have seen all day just watch out for sauces/thick marinades, which can add calories, sugar and trans fats.

where is your last meal??

So you think I should change my diet up a little? maybe add some protein? and an extra meal. Breakfast bars I take granola bar ones but the one with a bunch of walnuts in it. Hey I wasthinking should I lower my goals as far as how much weight I lose per week? I been loseing 2lbs per week before. im at 164 my goal is 155, I hear if you get closer to your goal weight your weight loss slows down. could that be a reason also that I been stuck at 164-165 for about 3 weeks?
