As far as soup goes... do the the same thing, but I think you willl have to be more specific.
There's just so many different kinds of soup.
Soups with cheese or chowders are going to have a lot more calories than regular chicken soup.
Vegetable soup should have the least amount of calories.
Also, if you're thinking of a specific restaurant, the nutritional information might be listen on the restaurant's website.
