Hello everyone im new here.
having read so many inspirational stories on the site i thought I,d give it a go to see if you can acheive these miracles in like 8 months to a year
I started to lose weight on 4th june weighing in at 342lbs,as of today 1st july I am at 310-312 depending if the scale likes me or not.
My diet has been mainly high protein and lowish carbs around 2-2200 cals per day over 5-6 meals.Exercise wise I started weightlifting 2 weeks ago and doing cardio 20-30 mins 3 times per week(I am aerobically so unfit,its disgusting)
now to the negative side(I Know already) having lost 30lbs my muscles feel a bit harder to me, and i can feel changes a little bit of fat pulling in here and there,yet i dont seem to have lost any size on the waist and I might be imagining my shirts feeling a tiny bit looser but im not sure,its as though 30lbs hasn't even made a dent.no one has even noticed im losing weight
I know it sounds like im moaning before ive started but I wondered what you succesful people felt/looked like 1 month in,and how long into your progress the people with 100 lbs to lose actually knew they were getting somewhere or is that first 30 when you were 340 a miniscule amount, do the changes suddenly hit you at 50,60lbs lost.
