What is a good routine, everything is **** to you guys

well my friend zipsa must of posted about 5 diff routines and all of you say they are **** without saying why.

the ones that did say why used more than 2 sillable (spelling) words. so can you break it down for us noobs.

all i want is a routine, im sick of coming here and showing routines and getting replies like "i can see that wont work" and "i didnt even read it but the title makes it look bad"

im 15, 5"11, 65kg, and thinish, but not weak. can you PLEASE refer me to a good routine. my diet is fine, iv stoped eating junk and im eating 6 PACKED meals a day. PPLLLEEAASSEEE
 
ok 1 problem, i sort of have school and my parents dont let me go to frend on skewl days besides friday. the only thing i have at home in a dumb bell. is there any way i could like bench and squates on fri and sun day and like do abs and lift weights on wed?
 
ive done that workout, its GOOD! when your gains stop, do a different rep scheeme.. suck it for all its worth ;) also look at how simple he makes a routine.. i learned alot from just studying other routines ;)
and i know there can be some short answers, but its usually because people dont often feel in the mood of writing a long post about something that to them is very boring, since they know it and its pretty simple, no offence, but it is simple, you will see that once you know it:p
 
You could do the 5X5 set up on Friday and Sunday and then through the week you could use the db for stuff like db swings, burpees, abs, etc. Check over at for his bodyweight/db stuff.

So, 5X5 on Friday and Sunday...Scrapper's stuff on Weds.
 
5 X 5. word. That makes 4 I think, a variation like evo and karky said should be fine, let us know exactly what you plan on doing, or keep a diary so we can check it out and let you know.
