what i heard

ok i stoped weightlifting cuase imma scard i'll get hurt but i'm doing cal workouts i hear you can do them everyday but its pretty hard dont i need a day to recover or not. it's look's somthing like this it's pretty intense to me that's why i think i need a rest day.

i do these in a circut of 5 sets

push-ups 15

pull - ups 8

sit - ups 15

lunges - 20

squats - 20

dips - 15

so what do you think is this hard enough so that i need a days rest or can i do this everyday to stay in shape i also play basketball at least 3 times a week and imma gonna start swimming.
 
Well why don't you try it and tell us if it's working out for you. Different people have different levels so...yeah. Just remember to have fun and feel good.
