Sport What i eat for lunch and dinner.

Its got green beans, red and green capsicum, carrot, brocoli, chicken, and brown rice...Not so tasty but i think its pretty healthy. i eat this for lunch and dinner but the veggies vary in what kinds :)
What do you think? is it pretty healthy or could it be better? I cook my carrot with my chicken because apparently carrot is better for you cooked

how can that not taste good? :p and yeah, it's pretty healthy. But you need fat free omega 3 chicken, fish oil protein brocoli, and replace the brown rice with fat free, zinc, magnesium, b6, sugar free fish oil rice!
 
What kinds of spices/seasonings do you have on it? If it's just plain vegetables and plain chicken on plain rice, then of course it won't taste all that exciting.
