XXXXtreme newbie please be gentle and forgive the big story about to come but please help
so for the last six months i have been going to the gym for the first time in my life(to lose weight) and everything was going fine until i had a little soreness in the middle of my hamstring , no big deal so a few weeks later i notice a round shaped bruise at the top of my CALF but had no pain there? anyway i was at the docs anyway and said "oh by the way can you take a look at this" he said its nothing but advised me to see a physio about the hamstring, so i did and the physio checks me out and says that i have no problem with my hamstring its aproblem with my BACK even though ive had no pain there? (i dont know who to believe!?!?!) anyway i have carried on in the gym going easy with some pain killers but two weeks ago i was on the x trainer and i had to tap out because my hamstring/back/calf was actually making me feel nauseous, anyway does this sound familiar to anyone should i have regular massage? should i get an ultrasound? there are so many things online saying do this do that but im really lost, the main thing i want to do is run again i feel thats how i lose most of my weight, its driving me crazy PLEASE help thanks
