What exercise to do??

Hi, I'm Anthea, 21, female. I came to Germany and fell inlove with chocolates. Little did I realise that because of my hormones kicking in and well just plain eating to much, I gained up to 10 kg in three months. It was horrible and I freaked out totally. Then I decided that I will have to loose it all and start living a healthy life. Which I succeeded in doing. To date I have lost 5-6 kg and still going strong. The only problem is that I need to get toned. I was reading through a few books, but each told me a different thing. I have been doing 40min Cardio and 20min circuits four times a week and the other three days have been doing 20 - 50 min Pilates. I am seeing results, but I feel that they could improve. My problem is that now I have formed a great figure, but it is under a layer of fat that I am struggling to get away. I just need advice about the exercise I should do. Just to get rid of that extra fat layer. Looking forward to your reply.

Take my advice, as a certified trainer, you will always struggle with sub cutaneous fat (which clings to the dermis like fleas on a camel), if you follow a strict low cholesterol diet (no egg yolks, lo cal beer, tuna fish, ect.) and cardio for twenty minutes before each of your strength training regimeins (running on a treadmill then lifting weights works great) your muscle tone should increase to the level of your liking. But remember, you get what you give!!
