What exercise program worked for you?

Hi,

Im looking for a new weight training program to help me gain mass and strength. I was just wondering if anyone had any plans that had worked well for them when they were trying to bulk up. Links to some good workouts would be great!

I've used this quote a lot recently, but its true so I'll use it again.

Nothing works forever'

Ive used dozens of workout programs and they have all work on some level. You'll find that your fitness, diet and recovery have more effect on your ability to build muscle than your workout.

Keep changing your workouts every 2-3months after your body adapts.
 
Pretty much anything that involves the frequent use of heavy exercises and attempting to add weight to the bar.

5x5, Westside, basic Coan powerlifting, Pavel's stuff, etc etc. It all works if the above statement holds.
