hi, my cousin started new diet without and guide.. she decided to eat rice crackers with Jam until she'd feel full.. that instead breakfast and dinner or she's not even has meals.. just eat that like snacks. she sayin' that if she'd feel full she doesnt need her meal.. im sure that wrong but i need u guys to expline me why exactly its wrong for i'll expline her.

thats really not a good idea. For one thing its not maintainable. I dont' realistically see anyone sticking to that kind of diet. Most important, it sounds like she's not getting any healthy nutrition at all. I would try to talk to her about eating a more broad range of foods including veggies and protein.
