Sport What else for breakfast?

What can i eat for breakfast that will help put on the protein without having to take a shake? So far i have been eating scrambled eggs; 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg but i heard they are not good for you on a regular occurence, how true is that? Any suggestions?
 
you can have any protein food with your breakfast. yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, etc

dont be too concerned with egg yolks. thats an old myth
