Sorry for the long title. I was just wondering if any one could tell me the long term effects the training I do may have on my body.
My routine is as follows:
0500hrs 2 scoops of N.O. Xplode
0530hrs 45 - 55 minutes of training
70 - 80 overhand heaves
side dips with weights,
curls - medium to heavy weights
upright rows light to medium but acheiving a nice warm burn
upright fly light to medium and acheiving a warm burn
10 minutes on the bag to raise a sweat
I dont eat in the morning prior to my workout, normally due to work commitments I dont eat til about 12 o clock.
I work out 3 -5 times a week and on off days run around 4 miles.
I am 48 yrs old and have been on this routine for about 8 months, however I do find that the N O Xplode gives me diorreah.
I am 5'7 and 11 and half stone and BMI says I am overweight!
Please forgive the long , first post but any information would be appreciated.
