What do you think is my best option?

Hey everyone, I am not sure what will be my best option and looking for some opinions. I am a male, 5'10" approx 185 lbs. I have a bit of excess fat in my stomach area primarily and am looking to tone everything up. I know goals are important and we are heading to Mexico at the start of February, so why not look good for the beach right?! I am in pretty good physical condition and play hockey regularly, but could still use a little weight lose.

What would you suggest for workouts to rid that final 10 lbs or tone up?

I have access to a bowflex, treadmill, P90x, and some free weights. I am trying to squeeze my workouts in while the kids are at pre-school.

Any suggestions on workouts and/or diet programs that have worked for you or you think might work for me would be greatly appreciated!

Well, the last 10 lbs are the hardest to lose :)

But, I'd say look into cycling your carbs: lower carbs on cardio days, moderate carbs on resistance training days.
Lift heavy, for lower reps (to maintain muscle, rather than put it on).
Maybe double up on cardio, morning brisk walks on an empty stomach, and then more intense cardio later in the day.
 
I'd say get rid of your *need* to look awesome for Mexico. That way you don't need to cut 10 pounds, won't feel bad about it and will still feel awesome.

If your in good physical condition + play hockey then, my friend, what's up with you wanting more?

Ain't that enough?
