hello, I'm 17 and like 6,3 or something and around 105kg, I wanna drop that to like 90 or 85kgs in the next couple of months, I don't do much at the moment in the way of exercise, I did play ice hockey but retired after AAA -.- . I have a pool at home and some weights, wondering what you suggest i should do to lose some weight. I don't do anything during the day but i work at night, I used to train a fair bit for hockey, so i can take hard training, also, I never have had to lose weight before, so very roughly how long would it take to lose the amount I'm saying? This is probably really unhealthy but i wake up at like 4pm normally and eat dinner at around 5:30 then go to work, so I'm currently eating one meal a day, but I'm not really hungry should i force me self to eat even though I'm not hungry but only eating once or twice a day?
I was thinking i would do this sort of work out daily
Weights for about 45-60mins
then some boxing for around 20 mins
then about 40 mins of swimming
and eat have some meat for dinner with veggies
and other meals i eat normally fruit and mainly only drink water.
I'm complete novice in this area, i know some things about weights, but thats about it, stop me if I'm wrong but dose my idea seem right?
