Sport what do u make of this energy bar??

walked a 30 min walk into town earlier and suddenly realised that i was pretty hungry but still had a while yet of walking around before going home... had a look around and couldnt find anything that i felt was suitable n didnt want to go for the fast food so ended up getting an energy bar.. was the best looking one i could find nutritionaly but still feel a bit guilty about the sugar content even though it sais natural. was this really as bad as i am feeling now??

Well you'll find no other fruit has that much sugar, they'll try and trick you by saying things like that. All that sugar would have inhibited any fat loss from the remainder of your walk (even though it would have been minimal in the first place).
