What do u guys think?

i weight around 120pds/height 6'0, as u can tell im skinny, but im really starting to work out alot and going to eat alot more......but the question is should i take weight gainer also besides me already takin whey protein drink? sounds like it would help with all the calories and protein but alot of the forums say it has alot of sugar in it.....so wut should i do
 
weightgainers aren't a bad post-workiout meal, since they tend to contain a 2:1 carbs to protein ratio, which is what the 'experts' currently think is 'ideal' for post workout refueling.

but that's about the only time I'd use em.
 
Ive always heard that weight gainers are nothing more than water retainers. And you just sweat it out if you do a decent amount of cardio.
Im a hardgainer and tried using a gainer for about a year. I didnt gain anymore weight than when I just ate better, and more often. I played semi-pro soccer then, so my trainer told me to scrap any water retaining 'gainer', and just eat more.
 
IceCast, this is the same abear who replied to your other post and so you know how i feel about gainers. :p
