what do u guys think about this routine?

looks good to me. but a shoulders day right after a back day? i dont think thats good. isnt pecs, back, legs, shoulders, bi&tri the best 5 day routine?

I didn't get a look at the workout; it took me to some work from home page. But if you're dead set on a 5 day split, one group each day (which I tend to recommend against) then go Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms. See, everyone wants big arms and devotes an entire day to them. Not only are the bi's and tri's a secondary mover on almost all upper body movements, they're also a tiny muscle group. They don't need their own day. If you're going to do one muscle group per day try Chest with 1 tricep exercise at the end, then back with one bicep exercise at the end, then legs, then shoulders. Instead of the arms day, do an abs/core strength day.

so what if i did
monday-chest and bis
tuesday-back and tris
wed-core,abs and cardio
thursday-legs
friday-shoulders

...i kinda dont like either. adler & man of steel are right, too much arms, not enough legs. its hard to seperate shoulders from bench because of the tricep synergist. same thing with back and biceps. letting muscles work together instead of always isolating can work to your advantage, and actually make you stronger. all of your power exercises (squats, deadlifts, latpulls, and bench) are compund exercises. so if your routine was only isolating each muscle group, you couldnt incorporate any of those :(
