What do i do????

Hi everyone! I am a 20 year old guy and i currently weigh just a little under 12 stone. I am not overweight and i do not have lots and lots of excess body fat. But i do think i have body fat on my stomach which is stopping me from getting toned and fit like i want. I have always had a pretty poor diet and im just wondering what kind of things i should east to help lose body fat quicker????

p.s....one example is with salads. I find them a bit boring...what could i eat with it??
