Ive started a 2/3 day a week circuit training program, so i do sunday/tuesday/friday circuit training, plus football on a thursday and some saturdays.
What should i do in between? i was going to do a decent stomach/lower back weights etc workout plus some arm work. I also only do 2 minute sprints as part of the circuit training, so would like to do 20-30 mins jogging, maybe with a little swim to finish. What do we think? im trying to be more athletic than 'big' but dont want to lose the weights and toning work ive already done.
plus whats the consensus on training whilst having a cold??
