I have a surgery scheduled for the end of March. Nothing too major, however I will not be able to lift for 3 months!!! At least those are the initial instructions.
They want me walking asap (2 days after) and I can resume most 'regular' activities within two weeks.
What do you guys suggest I do for those three months. I'd hate to have all my progress go down the drain and have to start all over. I mean I'll do it, and on the positive side I can always use this as a (I'm having a blond moment) the opposite of bulking period (lol).
This is what I (still) look like-to my dismay-I had hoped to bulk up a little but I haven't really tried...

I know that I will have to check with my physician before doing anything but any suggestions would be great!
