It was December 2011. I can remember everything from that day. I knew I was overweight, but to hear that word. It was life changing. I never thought I was obese. Now over a year later I have changed that. I have worked very hard at becoming a healthy person. I eat right, I exersise, I try. Yet I am not getting the results I was hoping for. I have lost weight. I can feel it. Yet I feel like I have hit a wall. It is starting to hold me back. I was at the gym 3 times a week for nine months without fail. Then for the next couple of months I was one week 2 times the next week three times. Then the holidays hit and once a week became the normal. At this point Iam going twice a week and working out at home at least twice a week. Still each step is battle, more then it has ever been.
