what can I do while getting over being sick?

So I've had a respiratory infection for the past 5 days. Today is the first day I've started to feel human again. I'm anxious to get some exercise so that I will continue to see a loss- not sure what I should do. I feel like walking for any amount of time may be a bit much. I'm not sure I'm up for cardio. I was thinking of trying some lunges, squats, triceps dips and push ups at home. Maybe a set of each just to get the blood moving a bit. What do you think?
 
I think maybe doing a little bit of walking might be good. Don't overdo it though. I do know how frustrating it can be to be sick and not be able to exercise. It sucks.

If you are talking about walking outdoors, DON'T. You live in Chicago. You'll get sick again.

If you are talking on a tredmill, I still don't know. I'd still rest another day or two. You don't want a relapse and then have to be out for another week.
