I've lurked around this site for a long time. It's always been inspiring to hear of peoples sucess stories, and to know I'm not alone in this battle! I've been fat ever since I was little, my mom and dad are both fat, as well as both of my sisters. I've dieted and lost weight, and gained it back again. I'm at my heaviest weight now, and completely discouraged. Everyone in my family seems to have given up hope. No one has ever sucessfully lost weight and kept it off. Needless to say, right now, I feel as though I have a lot of weight to lose and no possible way to do it. I have a great boyfriend, who's very supportive of me being how I am now, which is great, but I do want to lose weight. So, those of you who are currently losing weight, those of you who are at your goal weight, or have only lost a little, what are your tips? What are your tricks and your secrets? Most of all any motivation would be very welcome!! Thank you all so much!
