What are you proud of today?

Today I went to my dads house and as usual there was so much food to eat, all mayonase thick buttered bread etc. But I didnt have any!!
I filled up on salad - cucumber, beetroot, carot sticks and had a jacket potato with some low fat quorn burgers.

Im really happy now that I was good and i didnt feel like i missed out at all!

What your story for today (or this week etc)?
 
This past week I started back on my diet and healthy routine. I've gone to the gym 3 times this week and I've made better food choices and focused on portion control.

This morning, I weighed-in and lost 6 pounds this week! :hurray:
 
My weight today was 76,99 even though this equals to 77, I'm really glad I saw that six already and I'll see much more of it in the next days =] I think it's a good thing to be proud of!
 
with so much stress with finals this week, i have yet to fold and indulge in a quick meal from a fast food joint! I have been eating great so far!
 
I did cheat on a bag of chips but got sick of it and threw out half the bag lol I'm proud and surprised I didn't eat all of it ;)
 
that im head over heels over an old friend that came back into my life. sent her some roses today. yeah...im the fucking man.
 
I'm proud of the fact I started stretching out with my karate classes this week and was able to whup all the kids in the ab exercises with no problem (even though I was surgerized 2 weeks ago).

I survived lunch with my co-workers today! Sounds easy enough, but once a week we all go to a Thai restaurant. We normally get soup, eggs rolls, and thai fried rice - which is SOOOOOOOOOOO good.

While everyone else had the usual, I had chicken and steamed vegetables with rice.

It was actually really tasty, and I didn't feel like crap after eating it. This whole health kick ain't half-bad. ;)
