HI! IM 14 YEARS OLD AND I WEIGHT 125 LBS. I DO AEROBICS FOR 30 MINUTES EVERYDAY..... I HAVE BEEN REDING THAT IF YOU DO TOO MUCH AEROBICS YOULL BURN MUSCLE INSTEAD OF FAT...... THAT GETS ME TOTALLY CONFUSED!!!!!
BECAUSE IF I STOP DOING EXERCISE, ILL BECOMEFAT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND I WANT TO WORK OUT MY CHEST AREA WITCH NO EQUIPMENT, EXCEPT THOSE HANDHELD WEIGHTS....WHAT DO YO RECOMMEND ME?????? WHHAT SHOULD I DO?
