Hello,
I'm back here in Weight Loss Forum after about one year or so. I'd say that I've regressed slightly. I've been thinking about restarting this for a while and this morning figured I may as well do it.
Just going to keep the entries sparse and low-maintenance for now as I just want to start, maybe I will increase over time. If anyone reads, great, if not, fine (though hopefully someone will over time!)
A bit of backstory. I've struggled with weight all my life... I am 34, 5'6. My all time high was about 195 (though the time I tipped the scales at 200 with lots of clothes on is etched in my memory haha). In the past couple of years I've lost 50 pounds and gained back about 10. I'm sitting at about 155 at the moment. I want to get to 130-135, but really just look good and improve the appearance of my shoulder / back. My fitness level is decent.
There is no excuse for me not to be progressing (eg. time to go to the gym is not an issue).
Having lost some weight already I know what is required, I'm just not doing it / failing in moments of weakness. Especially eating at night... this is always the hard part for me.
Anyways, I gotta start doing it so enough chatting.
PS. The quote is from the last episode of the Sopranos.
