I had to stop at the drug store to get a few things after my workout today, there is a mcdonalds conveniently located by the drug store. I stared it down and decided to do something crazy never before done before. I pulled up to the Drive through and ordered my favorite FRIES. I only got a medium when i would usually get a large, then the challenge began. I was planning on eating some and throwing the rest out of the window....duh duh duh. Would i be able to do it, or would i shove the deep fried paradise down my fat mouth, take a train to my fat ass. I started eating them savoring every bite, until i realized "WTF these are not that good, they have little taste" I then thought about the BK i had the other day, then realized Fast Food has no taste. It has been pounded in my head and reinforced so many times, that i never thought about my love for fast food, Fries don't hold a candle to an apple. So i hate half, put down the window and threw the rest out, VICTORY. I challenge you to go buy your old foe, your favorite unhealthy thing. Eat some, smell it savor it then say to it. I love you, but i am better than you, and you are no good for me. Then throw it. They day you do that just might be the day you breakthrough and are able to change from a diet to a lifestyle change
