Well i bought my girl one of them podometers and waled in the park , took7 times around to get to 10000 steps , started the morning with a scoop of protein powder 2 4oz raspberry yogurt cups 1 banana and 1% milk blended , each walk around we took mini breaks , eating trail mix ( nuts and fruits and alotta water ) afterward we stopped at subway and spilt a subway ham sub . Her big measurement is next week so we shall see !
