Well, Im new here on the forum, slightly nervous. :waving:
Im currently at school and having a pretty tough time dealing with my weight.
Im 5"4, 9stones 10 lbs which according to the BMI charts is healthy but my body fat percentage is BAD :banghead:

Currently trying very hard to eat more healthily and I find I am actually rather good at limiting what I eat.........Its just being overweight is a problem in the family and my parents tend to often feed me too large a portion.

The worst thing is, most people at my school are thin which means I can never stop thinking of How BIG I am and just relax.

Anywayss..... I aim to get to 9st within the next month (I know its not healthy) and then possibly get to 8st7lb by September.

And if I do ..... I can PARTYYY!:party:

It sounds like your primary goal should be to tone and build muscle, not necessarily lose weight. You are in a healthy weight range, so minimize the cardio and focus on lifting to tone and build.

YOU can control how much you eat, and you can prepare your own plate with a smaller portion. Unless your parent are shoving the food down your throat, this is not an excuse.

How big your are? please... This is not the place to go fishing for compliments....

If you know it's not healthy, DON'T DO IT. Please be smart about this, or you will find very little support on this forum.
 
Thanks for the Advice on Toning. I think I might focus more strength training. :D
And just to let you know, I am most certaintly NOT looking for any compliments. Im not vain or anything like that. Its just difficult when I am constantly surrounded by slimmer people and feel left out.
