This is your friendly neighborhood FOX. Im not a new member at all. I just took a little break from training due to school and work. When I started here I was 180lb. My goal weight was 145lb. I gave myself 6 months to do it and made it in 5.
Im back again 8+ months later standing at 144.6lbs (I held my 145 status only on dieting alone no training) with a new goal weight of 125lbs.
This is my 2nd day back in training so Im sure you all know what Im going thru...lol meaning as far as body soarness. Well its good to be back and its nice to see so many new people here.
just to share my progress through all this time:
1. the pic of me with the hat on is me at 180lbs
2. the pic of me with the black dress is me at 145lb
3. the pic of me with the chain dress sitting is me at the end of my training before school started weighing in at 145lb w/muscles
