well i made it through my first week :) (and a intro about me)

Well here i am after my first full week of diet and exercise, im happy ive kept up the motivation, its starting to become more of a lifestyle then it is of just a effort to go to the gym occasionly now, which i think makes it alot easier
So anyway according to the scale i lost 7.5lbs this week :) ive still got a very long road ahead of me but at least its a good start i think :cool: im starting to enjoy learning how to make new kinds of foods and such, so far its been a great start

so a little bit about myself

6'2
before diet 198 lbs
currently 190.5
goal 175-180 somewhere in there

exercise plan is as follows

monday 30 min cardio 30 min weight training
tuesday 30 min cardio 30 min sports (raquetball/basetball etc)
wednesday 30 min cardio 30 min weight training
thursday 30 min cardio 30 min sports
friday 30 min cardio 30 min weight training
saterday 30 min cardio 30 min sports
sunday - rest, usually just go for a run and do some sit ups and push ups

i work in construction, so that does help keep me somewhat in shape, and helps build some muscle, defintly doesnt burn any fat though, but it gets me out of bed at 530am everyday :mad: hehe

as far as diet goes:
I take hydroxycut 3 times a day, usualy about 30min before meals
also take a multivitam in the morning along with the hydroxycut
try and drink 80oz of water a day, dont always make itbut i try

here is a typical day of meals

breakfast - powerbar and bottle of water
breaktime - fruit salad bottle of water
lunch - chef sald bottle of water
dinner - rice/chicken/eggs etc lots more water
i try not to snack but if i do its usually granola or rice cakes

took me about a week to get all of that on track and figure out what works for me, i am hungry quite often but thank goodness i have half decent self control so i just dont eat until its time to eat :)

any comments or suggestions are more then welcome :)
