Well I used this forum when I went on a huge diet 2 years ago and well this site helped alot. I lost a ton of weight and look completely different. Well I'm going to diet once again to remove all the excess fat. I look just fine right now but I still have love handles when I sit down and such. So this time around, I'm doing the big breakfast, medium lunch, and small dinner routine. But I need help with this since I'm still limited in money so I can't eat all the fruits and veggies I want.
Breakfast :
3 sunny side up eggs, 2 slices of wheat bread, 1 yogurt, spinach,and 1 apple
Lunch :
Over roasted chicken breast, 2 slices of wheat bread, spinach, cucumbers, 50 cal pudding, apple
Dinner (so far) :
Fruits + 2% milk + yogurt
Fruits - banana, mango, strawberry, and a orange
i'm eating around 1500 calories even though I ate so far 1300 today, even though my psychology teacher estimated my calorie intake around 2800 calories. I know it's bad to eat below 500 calories but I'm willing to take the rish of eating a lot less then possibly going over. I'm not sure if I should finish dinner since it's already 9pm. What am I missing in my diet? I know I need to get some fish and olive oil in here. And hopefully some oatmeal to fill the void of breakfast.
