Hello everyone :)
My name's Amber, thought I'd join for some extra tips on nutrition and fitness, but most of all support and hoping to meet some fantastic people :D Just need some motivation and a couple kicks to the butt every now and again ;) You know what I mean :p Hope to be getting to know you all soon! Muah!

It's okay, ask and I will share :p Well, my goals are pretty much to tone up and get enough motivation to stick to it.. and to also stick to healthy eating.. I can always start but I cave after a couple days *sigh* Like I said, I need some serious butt-kickage. Since I got married in May I've slacked on my excerising and eating - but I want to pick it up again :p <3
