Hello! It's nice to meet you all!

I'm a college student who wants to maintain good health. I recently (three months ago) started regularly exercising and eating healthy. I am learning all I can to keep myself in good shape. I have lost ten pounds, and I have built up some muscle.
My worst health battle is not bad compared to some people, but it was bad for me: acne. I spent 8 years figuring out what was good for my skin. My skin is still not perfect, but much better than before.
