It only happens when I bench press. The weight isn't too high for me, but I might be doing too many repetitions (30).
It isn't a muscular pain (at least, I think so). It's more like a nerve pain. Sometimes I can take it, but other times, the pain becomes unbearable and I need to stop.
Reason why I think this happens: I think it's because before I start working out, I do a pretty hard push-up program (the 100 Push-Up Training). Combining those 2 programs might be the reason why I feel this pain under my arm.
