weights to lose weight - point me to right thread!

hi - first post here and looking for some help
43 male 6' 2" 225-230 lbs and i want to get back to around 210 - thing is it anint going to well. I am very active, do about 9-12 workouts a week [run and weights as 2 a days with some cycling] and am running about 45-50 k/week but my weight is going up
I am experimenting with using low weights and doing exercise for 1 min sets to burn calories, but its not working
I do not have a gym membership but workout at home using some crossfit principles [sledge, medicine ball] and i try to not do the same workout twice to induce muscle confusion ...or perhaps i am just all over the map.

any ideas on workouts to help fight the bulge?
 
If you're gaining weight you're consuming more calories than you need.
That weight might be fat, muscle, or both.

But it really is as simple as calories in vs. calories spent. Any extra will be stored as fat or used to rebuild damaged muscle tissue.

So...how's your diet look?
