I go to the gym each weekday morning. I do 45 minutes of vigorous cardio then 20 minutes of calestenics like stuff (crunches, other abs, leg lifts, reverse sit-ups) or weight machines (for upper body) those reverse dips for arms, & pushups.
Every other day I do either upper or lower body, but 20 minutes each day.
Well the other day, as I was leaving the gym one of the gals who does the weight training classes says "Red, I am going to bring you an article about the importance of weight lifting in women."
I know that she wants me to join her class, but I was pretty dang insulted.
I am tone, not at all overweight, and look pretty good. So my question is, am I NOT doing enough weight training or inadequate weight training?
I try to cover my legs, abs, back, butt, arms and chest. But is there more that I should be doing?
