weightloss tips

I want to lose some weight, not much, just 5-10 pounds and I was wondering what’s the best way to get started as far as diet and exercise?

Seeing as how the entire board here is about diet and exercise and losing weight, my first advice would be to read some of the posts. :) There are posts that are "sticky" - meaning they're pinned to the top of each area. Those are the informational posts with a lot of really good information on getting started.

Read the ones in the exercise and nutrition areas especially, and the ones in the "newcomers" area.
