Weightloss? Exercise?

I agree with a bunch of smaller meals a day. I also try to eat natural, unprocessed foods. Basically, fruits, veggies, fish, chicken, beef, nuts and beans. I try to stay away from anything out of a box.

For exercise I rely on a full body resistance program that has little rest so it also acts as cardio at the same time. I have never been a fan of running so this works the best for me and saves on time too.
