I was looking to purchase this for myself and my partner. We arnt overweight we just have a few areas wed like to loose a bit of extra weight on.

Has anyone had any experience with this drug? and experiences and advice would be much appriciated.

I wouldn't recommend it, but I never used it. Supplements like that usually come with side effects like high heart rate and maybe stomach pains.

You can't lose weight in a specific spot anyways, but you can gain some muscle in there to give the illusion. If you want to lose weight in a specific area only then i think laser fat removal is the only choice, which is of course not a good option.

Sometimes we are genetically bigger in some areas and sometimes we lose weight in trouble areas last. You could lose a few pounds and see how it works out. Unless that would put you in the underweight zone, then maybe muscle building is your preferred route.

My partner doesnt want a muscley / toned frame so exercise is out of the question.

Two years ago she was skinny naturally, at about 48 kg and shes about 176 cm tall.

Since we have been together her weight has crept up slightly shes now 57 kg and dieting doesnt seem to do the trick. She seems to put on weight on her hips and legs only. she has a very thin frame still.

I cant really see any other option for her to loose weight other then trying this.

Its starting to stress her out. I want to encorage her to do this in a healthy way as much as possible but i cant seem to find any other way.

Does anyone have any proven methods that she could try?

Hmm how about changing your diet habits so you are eating less than you are burning. Science pretty much proved that one.

Taking a pill like that won't help. Why? cause when you stop it and you haven't changed your lifestyle, it will come right back and then some.

Pills won't fix your problem. Willpower, information and focus will.

try making small changes to your diet instead of a harsh cutting of calories. Remember to take your time in this.

And stay away from the pills.

She has a salad for lunch with tuna, and sushi for dinner.

Everyday...

shes spoken to a nutrisionist and asked them to help her get down to her natural weight of around 50kg but they have told her that her bmi will be to low and they wont do it. yet shes been that weight naturally for .... 20 years...

Ok, but you think taking dangerous pills is the answer?

and seriously..We underestimate what we eat. Calculate her BMR, and keep a honest food journal for a week. Also, if that is all she eats everyday, I'm surprised she isn't sick since that seems like way too little carbs, protein, and many other needed things.

I never believe that someone ONLY eats the same thing EVERY day.

I'm wondering if you are looking for someone to say she should take the pills, you are very VERY unlikely to find anyone here that would approve. It's not healthy and it's not the right way to go.

So she's 5'9 and 125lbs? Sounds OK to me. 48kgs is 105lbs which seems undesirable to most people at 5'9".

I understand to you it might sound fine but she wants to be skinny and drop the weight from her legs and hips.

When she was at 48kg she was thin and didnt have any 'overhang' as she calls it on her clothes and she had a huge 'thigh gap in the middle of her legs when standing with feet together which is the look she is after.

She doesnt wanna be toned or muscley she wants to look thin...

can anyone give us some advice as to how she can acheive the look she wants without doing it an unhealthy way.

thnx:bigear:

I really want her to do it the healthy way but nothing seems to be working.

Ive created another thread with a different topic in the same section so if u have any other ideas it would be much appriciated.

thanx guys

Weightloss pills are never the answer.
They usually don't work or are very dangerous.
Healthy eating and exercise is the way to go about it in my opinion.
