Weightloss and fitness help

hey guys, i'm new here. yeah so, i'm trying to lose weight(tired of people teasing me and i really need to get healthy), im 15 yrs old, i weight about 225 and im 5'11. im kinda busy, my day isnt really scheduled due to my parents randomly wanting to go places at random moments and perhaps the only free time i got are from midnight until 6am because i have school (dreadful) come back at 3:20, homework and random schedule and maybe a favorite show on one day, Wednesday is even shorter because i have church and i get ready about 6. i come back super tired at around 9pm depending on stops to Walmart. its hard for me to eat healthy because i gag when i eat vegetables and fruit and nobody likes to gag and risk vomiting. i only eat apples, but that gets tiring too. i dont go out a lot because i dont really have friends at school. saturday is almost a free day, but my parents and random scheduling and i cant say no. Sundays are spent at church so now time at all except for in the morning. thats pretty much my life i hope you guys can help because i have no clue. thank you guys.

I know it can be hard when you're a teen trying to eat healthy. Your schedules are dictated by school and your parents. BUT, reading your original post, I'm only seeing excuses and blaming of other people. Instead of focusing on why you can't get fit, focus on how you can. If your parents take you out to McDonald's after church, get a kids hamburger instead of the big mac, or better yet, a salad or parfait. At school, sign up for P.E. if it's an elective. When your parents cook food at home, opt for the healthier options, and if sloppy joe's are on the menu, don't eat as much.

Getting and staying fit is about physical activity and eating right. All too often I hear that people "don't like fruits", but they like sodas and candy. They are both sweet and sugar-filled, so the problem isn't the fruit, it's that the person knows that fruits are healthy and has conditioned themselves to opt for the unhealthy honey bun over the strawberries. You're so used to eating processed foods that you don't like the taste of natural, pure and healthy food. I was the same way as a kid. What you should do is start small by adding chopped up pieces of fruits and vegetables to your meals. As you get used to the flavor and texture, add more or larger pieces to your meals and work up to putting them on the side and eating them by themselves.

Remember, there are hundreds of fruits and vegetables out there and it is IMPOSSIBLE to dislike every single one. Maybe you absolutely can't get past tomatoes (that's common) so try green beans. Pears remind you of garbage? Eat a banana.

Stop eating junk food. I mean STOP!! Drink at least 8 glass of water every day. No rice and pasta till your birthday. No cookie and candies for holloween and after.

Eat salad+egg, salad+ chicken, salad+ fish for lunch and dinner. Have lot of fruit and vegetable for snack and you are only 15 go out and play. Be active or by the way no soda and video games for you!!

Hope so it would help.
