I workout doing Pullups, Dips, Pushups and Situps, of all variations ofcourse, but only those. I decided to step it up and started working out with a filled backpack, weighs about 14lbs about 10% my body weight.
I finally bought a proper weight vest though, much more comfortable and the weight is disributed better. I got a 10 Kg one, about 23 Lbs, so 17% added weight, about 1.2 G.
Does anyone train with a weight vest here?
If so, do you recommend like, doing the hard sets first with the vest and then once tired out, take it off and do a few more without it? Or should I just do the weighted sets and the stop?
