hey guys, BMI is 30.2 right now (220ish pounds) and i really wanna lose weight.
I know I should do weight training, but should I do light w/ more reps or heavy w/ less reps?
sometimes i hear the former and sometimes the latter, i'm very confused. which would help me lose weight more?
