Weight Trainging for Firefighting

Hello everyone. Im new to this whole Post-A-Message-And-Wait-For-Strangers-To-Give-Advice scene. Alright, I'll get to the point: I am a recovering Anorexic, and filled with a family of Wildland Firefighters. Next summer will be my first year on the crew, and Im needing to put on about 20 lbs. of muscle between now and then. Help - GREATLY needed. Im super athletic, muscular and toned, and ready for this.

try starting strength, eat lots of good food and drink whole milk, raw milk if you can find it. Maybe do something that would simulate firefighter training like some heavy sandbag drills and and heavy object carries. Maybe some dinosaur type training.
