Weight train for cardio workout

I've been hitting the cardio fairly hard for the past 6 months (60-100 minutes 5 time per week at 80 to 90% Hmax). I'm having knee surgery next week and my orthopedic surgeon say no lower body work for 3-4 weeks following the surgery. This leaves me looking for ways to maintain high intensity cardio workouts using upper body exercises. Can anyone recommend upper body muscle groups, reps and sets that I can use to keep my cardio conditioning on track?
