Weight struggle worst addiction battle ever

Hi, new to the forum and am on a personal war to get my weight off and keep it off.
Interestingly enough, obesity is the hardest thing I have ever confronted.

I have a new found respect for everyone fighting to lose weight. I am humbled by
the struggle it represents. To put this in perspective:

In 2006 I quit, cold turkey, using both meth and a long time addiction to cocaine.
In 2007 I quit, cold turkey, all alcohol use after 20 years of abuse.
In 2010 I quit, cold turkey, smoking cigarettes.. A pack a day for years.
Since 2010, I gained close to 125 pounds above my ideal weight. In 2014, I finally
decided to do something about the weight and lost 80 pounds by diet alone (took a year to lose).

Now, it is starting to creep back and it is so frustrating to see. My food addiction is the hardest battle of my life.
Ughhh, Anyway, I just wanted all of you out there struggling with weight issues to keep fighting. It truly is one of the hardest
personal challenges you may ever face. Drugs, alcohol and nicotine have nothing on pizza or chocolate :)
