I'm mortified to even ask this question...

Where can someone in my ummm.. weight class go to weigh?

The doctor's scale is the only one I know of that goes high enough to show me progress. I can't go to the doctor once a week just to weigh. That's going to get expensive.

Are there scales out there (within my budget) that I can purchase?

Can't you just walk into your doctor's office and ask to use the scale?

I live out in the sticks in New Mexico - between Farmington and Shiprock. The doctor's office is about 30 minutes away and we don't have many doctors here so the office is always full of people. I usually have to schedule out about 2 weeks to get into the office.

Absolutely. I like to measure my clients every 4 weeks to see total inches lost. Although a scale is the best quick way to get an idea of where you're at physically.
